Frequently Asked Questions

What is the CC90’s maximum capacity?

90 mm (3" Schedule 40) round steel pipe, 88.9 × 10 mm aluminum, 88.9 × 4 mm stainless steel and 60 × 60 × 4 mm square tube, with bends up to 180°.

What power does the CC90 need?

Nargesa specifies a 2.2 kW (3 HP) motor on a 230/400 V three-phase, 50/60 Hz supply (9/5 A). Confirm your shop’s voltage with BTH Sales before ordering.

Does it need a mandrel?

No. It is a rotary non-mandrel bender. Nargesa uses tempered steel dies and bronze-alloy counter-dies to help prevent marks on the outside of the bend.

Are bending dies included with the CC90?

No. Bending dies and bronze counter-dies are not included with the CC90 and are ordered separately for each tube size. Contact BTH Sales for the dies you need. Nargesa states a die change takes 60 seconds maximum.

How long does delivery take?

BTH Sales ships across Canada from St. Marys, ON. This machine has a 4–6 week lead time; contact us for an exact date.
