The Siegmund System 16 Workstation 1208 is a 1200 x 800 mm welding workstation with a base frame, a 12 mm X8.7 perforated plate and storage. This collection holds the workstation and the plates that fit it. BTH Sales is the exclusive Canadian importer of Siegmund.

Choosing the right part

Siegmund makes the workstation open (164401), half closed (164407) and closed (164409), with optional Tool-Sets A, B or C. The base plate carries 1000 kg without the plate, or 400 kg on castors.

Replacement plates: the 1200x800 mm S355J2+N plate 164004.P.1 fits the Workstation 1208. Siegmund says 8x mounting screws 00005631 are needed and are not included.

Engineering support comes with your purchase: fixture design, layout drawings, CAD and 3D models, site visits and cobot cell planning, handled by Travis Hardcastle at BTH Sales or by Siegmund directly. Live demos at our St. Marys showroom are by appointment (book a demo), and we offer video demos if you are outside Ontario. No. System 16 tables have Ø16 mm bores on a 50 x 50 mm grid and take System 16 bolts, clamps and stops. System 28 parts are made for Ø28 mm bores.
