Siegmund System 16 Squares
Siegmund System 16 squares build stops, supports, angles and table extensions up from a 16 mm welding table: stop and clamping squares from the compact 50 L to the 750 D, cast iron G and GK squares, rotation and universal angles for set angles, plus a corner connection and support and clamping frames. These System 16 parts also fit other 16 mm system welding tables with Ø16 mm bores on a 50 mm grid. Exclusive Canadian importer of Siegmund. Ships across Canada from St. Marys, ON; most orders ship within 48 hours.

FAQ
Which System 16 squares are cast iron?
Siegmund makes the 250 GK and 500 GK squares, the 300 G, 500 G and 250 G with rotation angle, and the Corner Connection (2-160190.N) from GGG40 ductile cast iron. The GK squares are three-dimensional and designed for heavy parts, serving as a stop and as a table extension.
Should I order the GK squares in pairs?
Siegmund recommends ordering the 250 GK and 500 GK in pairs and lists the 250 G with rotation angle as recommended as a pair. They come in left and right versions, for example 2-160124.N (left) and 2-160126.N (right) for the 250 GK.
How do I set an angle other than 90°?
Siegmund offers three options: the Universal Angle Mechanical Clamping (2-160170.N) sets any angle from 10° to 150° with the included setup template; the Universal Angle Hydromechanical Clamping (2-160171.N) is infinitely variable from 0° to 225° (digital angle gauge not included; matching 6 mm hex wrench is item 280852.1); and the Rotation Angle 150 (2-160101.N) adjusts over a 180° range, fixed with 2 clamping bolts.
How do I build a height-adjustable support?
Siegmund says combining the Stop and Clamping Square 50 L (2-160105.N) with the 90 SL (2-160109.N) creates a height-adjustable support, and the 90 VL (2-160113.N) with boreholes on both sides can be added as a fixed support bracket.
