Compatible tables from other manufacturers are often made from different materials and to different standards, so quality varies by manufacturer, compared with Siegmund's X8.7 tool steel.
- Siegmund System 28: fits every System 28 Siegmund table, including the Professional Extreme 8.7 and 8.8 PLUS tables listed on bthsales.ca; on a System 16 table it needs Siegmund's Reduction Bushing 28->16 (000546, suits boreholes and elongated holes) with System 16 bolts, or the Combination Fast Clamping Bolt 28->16 (000520); neither is listed on bthsales.ca.
