The Weld Kube uses a three-stage filtration system designed to progressively capture welding fumes and particulates at different levels of filtration.
Incoming air first passes through a metal spark arrestor filter, helping protect downstream filter stages from sparks and larger particles generated during welding or grinding operations. A synthetic pre-filter then captures finer matter, including oil mist and process-related residues.
The final stage consists of an H13 HEPA final filter, capable of achieving >99.99% filtration efficiency, making it suitable for fine welding fumes and high-purity air filtration requirements. This multi-stage design helps maintain consistent airflow performance while extending overall filter life and system efficiency.
