  • Laser cutting-line indicator provides a clear visual reference for material positioning.
  • Integrated LED lighting improves visibility around the cutting area.
  • Machined one-piece workbench with integrated spheres makes large sheets easier to position.
  • 1000 mm squaring support and three graduated support arms assist with sheet positioning.
  • 173 mm (6.8-inch) goose neck provides additional cutting access into larger workpieces.
  • Up to 12 strokes per minute across the full cutting length.
  • Polycarbonate safety screens and rear optoelectronic protection provide operator safety while maintaining visibility.
  • CNC-controlled operation reduces manual setup and helps improve production consistency.
  • Industry-ready European components from established manufacturers.
  • Fully assembled delivery simplifies installation and commissioning.

Applications

The C3006CNC is designed for sheet metal fabrication and industrial manufacturing applications where accurate, repeatable cutting is required across larger sheet sizes.

Typical applications include:

  • General sheet metal fabrication.
  • Structural and industrial metalwork.
  • HVAC component manufacturing.
  • Enclosure and cabinet fabrication.
  • Machine and equipment manufacturing.
  • Automotive and transportation components.
  • Custom metal fabrication.
  • Production sheet cutting.
  • Cutting large sheet metal blanks.
  • Repeat production of accurately dimensioned components.

The vertical-cut system is particularly useful when clean cuts, reduced blade wear and efficient material processing are important. The machine can process mild steel up to 6 mm and stainless steel up to 4 mm, depending on material strength.

Why Choose the Nargesa C3006CNC?

The C3006CNC is designed for manufacturers who need more than simply a large cutting length. Its combination of vertical-cut technology, CNC positioning and rigid construction provides an efficient approach to industrial sheet metal cutting.

The vertical cutting system is a key advantage. By reducing the resistance encountered during cutting, it can lower energy consumption and reduce stress on the cutting system. Nargesa also states that the design can provide blade life up to four times longer than other shearing systems.

The ESA S625 CNC control further simplifies operation. Rather than manually calculating machine settings for every cut, operators enter the material and positioning requirements and allow the CNC to configure the machine. With storage for thousands of programs, the system is well suited to both repeat production and varied fabrication work.

For larger sheets, the 3055 mm cutting length, 700 mm rear gauge and 15 hydraulic hold-downs provide the working capacity and material control needed for consistent results.

Frequently Asked Questions

How thick can the C3006CNC cut?

Nargesa rates it for 6 mm mild steel (450 N/mm²) and 4 mm stainless steel (700 N/mm²) over the full 3055 mm cutting length.

What power does the C3006CNC need?

Nargesa specifies a 9.6 kW motor on a 230/400 V three-phase, 50/60 Hz supply. Confirm your shop’s voltage with BTH Sales before ordering.

Why a vertical-cut shear?

Nargesa says vertical cutting needs less force than swing-beam shearing, gives a cleaner cut, and makes the 4-edge blades last about four times longer.

Which controller does it use?

An ESA S625 compact CNC with a material database. You enter the part length and it positions the rear gauge to ±0.1 mm.

How long does delivery take?

BTH Sales ships across Canada from St. Marys, ON. This machine has a 4–6 week lead time; contact us for an exact date.
