Nargesa Hydraulic Shear C2006 CNC

The Nargesa C2006CNC CNC Hydraulic Shear is a high-performance vertical-cut guillotine designed for clean, accurate and repeatable sheet metal cutting. With a maximum cutting length of 2030 mm (80") and cutting capacity of up to 6 mm (0.24") in mild steel or 4 mm (0.16") in stainless steel, it is well suited to demanding fabrication and manufacturing applications.

The C2006CNC combines a rigid, welded and stabilized steel structure with an intuitive ESA S625 CNC control. Operators can enter the material type, thickness and required gauge position, allowing the CNC to automatically configure the machine for the cutting operation and store thousands of part programs for repeat production.

Unlike conventional swing-beam shears, the C2006CNC uses a vertical cutting system that reduces cutting resistance, helping lower energy consumption and blade wear. Nargesa states that the vertical-cut design can provide blade life of up to four times longer than other shearing systems.

With CNC-controlled positioning, automatic hydraulic pressure regulation, laser cutting-line indication, front sheet supports and 10 hydraulic hold-downs, the C2006CNC provides a practical combination of cutting accuracy, production efficiency and ease of operation.

Applications

The C2006CNC is designed for accurate sheet metal cutting across a range of fabrication and manufacturing applications.

Typical applications include:

  • Sheet metal fabrication
  • Industrial metal fabrication
  • Custom metalwork
  • Manufacturing
  • HVAC and ductwork fabrication
  • General steel processing
  • Stainless steel fabrication
  • Production cutting
  • Repeat-part manufacturing
  • Component preparation
  • Narrow-strip cutting
  • Large-sheet processing

The 2030 mm cutting length allows larger sheets to be processed in a single operation, while the CNC rear gauge provides repeatable positioning for production work.

The vertical cutting system is also beneficial when cutting narrow strips, helping minimize material distortion and improve material utilization.

Why Choose the Nargesa C2006CNC?

The C2006CNC combines the straightforward function of a hydraulic guillotine with CNC-controlled positioning and the efficiency advantages of a vertical cutting system.

The ESA S625 CNC simplifies setup by allowing operators to enter the material type, thickness and required gauge position rather than manually configuring each cutting parameter. Programs can also be stored for repeat production.

The vertical cutting design reduces resistance during the cut, which can contribute to lower energy consumption and reduced blade wear. Combined with four-edge blades and automatic hydraulic pressure control, this helps reduce operating costs while maintaining consistent cutting performance.

Key advantages include:

  • 80" cutting capacity
  • 6 mm mild-steel cutting capacity
  • 4 mm stainless-steel cutting capacity
  • CNC-controlled sheet positioning
  • ±0.1 mm rear-gauge accuracy and repeatability
  • Vertical-cut technology
  • Reduced blade wear
  • Four-edge cutting blades
  • Automatic hydraulic pressure regulation
  • 10 hydraulic hold-downs
