- Fits: Siegmund System 28 welding tables and tooling with Ø28 mm bores on a 100 mm grid. Siegmund System 28 accessories also fit other 28 mm system welding tables with Ø28 mm bores on a 100 mm grid. Compatible tables from other manufacturers are often made from different materials and to different standards, so quality varies by manufacturer, compared with Siegmund's X8.7 tool steel.
- Not compatible: System 16 (Ø16 mm) tables; Siegmund builds each system around one bore size.
- Works with: other Siegmund System 28 clamps, bolts, stops, squares and U-squares on the same table.
- Care & grounding: anti-spatter spray, CleanBasic cleaner, Ground Connection Comfort (S16/S28).

What does the adjusting ring do?
Siegmund says the adjusting ring (280653.N) fixes the vertical pipe of pipe clamps in the bores, and in System 28 it is also required when clamping with a clamping bolt on Premium Light components, to compensate for the lower material thickness.
What do the O-rings do?
Siegmund says the 22 mm O-ring sits in the designated groove of System 28 clamping bolts, prisms and positioning bolts to help ensure a secure fit in the bores. The 31 mm O-ring goes into the adjustable cap of the Universal Bolt Comfort to stop the bolt rotating during tightening.
Will it fit other 28 mm welding tables?
Yes, if the table has Ø28 mm bores on a 100 mm grid. Check the bore diameter and grid before ordering. Compatible tables from other manufacturers are often made from different materials and to different standards, so quality varies by manufacturer, compared with Siegmund's X8.7 tool steel.
