MT150A Automatic Twisting Machine

The Nargesa MT150A Automatic Twisting Machine is a versatile cold-working machine designed for producing decorative and ornamental metal components with consistent, repeatable results. With a maximum twisting capacity of 20 mm (3/4 inch) square bar and a maximum bending capacity of 16 mm (5/8 inch) round or square bar, the MT150A can create a wide range of twists, scrolls, bends, hooks, rings, chains and other decorative shapes.

Designed specifically for ornamental ironwork and decorative metal fabrication, the MT150A is well suited for manufacturing gates, fences, window grilles, railings, balusters, furniture and other architectural metalwork. It can work with square and round bar, tubular profiles, handrail and flat bar, giving fabricators the flexibility to produce both standard designs and custom pieces.

Its integrated piece programmer allows operators to program the starting and ending points of each piece, count completed parts, automatically return the machine to its starting position and store up to 8 different programs. This makes it possible to reproduce the same design repeatedly without manually measuring and setting each piece.

The MT150A combines a robust welded and machined steel monoblock with a reliable motor-reducer transmission using treated flat pinions. Adjustable rotation speed, simple controls and included tooling make it suitable for both custom fabrication and repeat production.
