The Nargesa MT500A Automatic Twisting Machine is a heavy-duty cold-working machine designed for producing large ornamental and architectural metal components with consistent, repeatable results. With a maximum twisting capacity of 40 mm (1-3/8 inch) square bar and a maximum bending capacity of 25 mm (1 inch) round or square bar, the MT500A is designed for larger material and higher-volume production than smaller ornamental twisting machines.

The MT500A is purpose-built for ornamental ironwork, architectural metal fabrication and decorative manufacturing. It can process square and round bar, tubular profiles, flat bar and handrails to produce twists, scrolls, spirals, rings, hooks, chains, bends, baskets and other decorative shapes. Typical applications include gates, fences, railings, balusters, window grilles, handrails, doors, furniture and custom architectural metalwork.

A major advantage of the MT500A is its two separate working stations, with one station dedicated to twisting and another for bending. This provides additional working space for larger components and avoids the neck limitations found on many conventional ornamental twisting machines. The twisting station can produce continuous twists up to 1,620 mm (63.8 inches) in length.

The integrated piece programmer allows operators to set starting and ending positions, count completed pieces, automatically return the machine to its starting position and store up to 8 programs. This makes the MT500A suitable for both custom fabrication and repeat production.

Built around a welded and machined steel monoblock, the MT500A combines rigid construction with a motor-reducer transmission using treated flat pinions. Adjustable rotation speeds from 0 to 10 rpm allow operators to control the forming process according to the material and tooling being used.
