The Siegmund modular laser welding cell 2480 × 2480 mm is the compact size in the range. It gives handheld laser welding and laser cleaning a certified enclosure measuring 2540 × 2570 × 2520 mm outside, with an extra-wide double door. Order it with a closed roof (2424.LC.MR) or without roof (2424.LC.M).
With roof or without roof
The 2424.LC.MR version has a closed roof of aluminum composite panels with a Ø 200 mm connection for welding fume extraction. The 2424.LC.M version has the same footprint, door and wall height, without the roof.
Siegmund recommends the roof. Assembly without a roof is only permitted based on an individual risk assessment that considers and eliminates hazards for surrounding persons. Upgrading is possible at any time, so you can add the roof later.
