Do I need the left or the right version?
The two versions differ only in which side the stop is on. Siegmund lists the same size (145 x 49 x 250 mm, 14 mm material thickness) and weight (2.1 kg) for both and recommends ordering in pairs.
How is the 250 GK different from the 250 G?
Siegmund describes the GK as three-dimensional, opening up many clamping options, and designed for heavy parts. The 250 G with rotation angle is fixed or variably adjusted through system bores and an elongated hole. Both are GGG40 ductile cast iron.
Will it fit other 16 mm welding tables?
Yes, if the table has Ø16 mm bores on a 50 mm grid. Check the bore diameter and grid before ordering. Compatible tables from other manufacturers are often made from different materials and to different standards, so quality varies by manufacturer, compared with Siegmund's X8.7 tool steel.
