The Nargesa MC650 is a three-driven-roller section and pipe bender that rolls round pipe up to 4" (101.6 mm) and large profiles. Its ESA S625 panel saves roller positions for repeat curves, so it suits flanges, greenhouses, railings and structural work.

Features and applications

Key Features

  • Maximum round tube capacity of 4" (101.6 mm) for demanding structural and industrial applications
  • Three driven traction rollers provide superior material control while reducing slippage and surface marking
  • Electrohydraulic drive system delivers smooth, powerful, and consistent bending performance
  • Electronically controlled asymmetric roller positioning allows for tighter bend radii and improved material utilization compared to traditional pyramidal bending machines
  • ESA S625 7" colour touchscreen control system simplifies programming and production management
  • Stores up to 10,000 bending programs for fast setup and repeatable manufacturing
  • Industry 4.0 connectivity enables remote diagnostics, software updates, and preventive maintenance notifications
  • Variable roller speeds from 3-8 RPM allow operators to optimize performance for different materials and profile sizes
  • Vertical and horizontal operating positions provide greater flexibility when bending both small and large components
  • EcoMode technology reduces energy consumption during periods of inactivity
  • Side hardeners with six-axis correction capability help control profile deformation and support spiral bending applications
  • Heavy-duty welded steel construction is designed for continuous 24-hour industrial operation
  • Manufactured entirely in Spain

Applications

The MC650 is designed to process a wide range of materials and profile types, including:

  • Round tube
  • Square and rectangular tube
  • Flat bar
  • Angle iron
  • U channels
  • T profiles
  • IPN beams
  • Solid round and square bar

Common applications include:

  • Structural steel fabrication
  • Circular roof beams and domes
  • Bridge components and abutments
  • Greenhouse manufacturing
  • Railings and stair systems
  • Metal pergolas and canopies
  • Tunnel and marquee structures
  • Heat exchanger coil production
  • Architectural metalwork
  • Urban furniture manufacturing
  • Street lamps, bicycle racks, bollards, and tree guards
  • Ornamental ironworking

The MC650 is particularly well suited for companies that require both in-house bending capabilities and contract bending services for other manufacturers, thanks to its large capacity and production-focused design.

Why Choose the Nargesa MC650?

The MC650 stands apart from many conventional profile rolling machines because of its combination of capacity, automation, and production efficiency.

Its three-driven roller system maintains continuous contact with the material throughout the bending cycle, improving traction while reducing the risk of profile distortion or surface damage.

The machine's asymmetric roller design offers another significant advantage. Unlike traditional pyramidal machines, the MC650 allows the lower rollers to move independently, reducing waste and enabling tighter bend radii while maximizing material utilization.

For manufacturers producing repeated components, the ESA control system stores roller positions and automatically reproduces previous bending operations, significantly reducing setup times between production runs.

The addition of Industry 4.0 technology, EcoMode energy management, and the ability to upgrade to a fully integrated CNC system makes the MC650 an excellent long-term investment for modern fabrication facilities.

CNC Bending Kit Features

The optional CNC Bending Kit can be installed at any time, including after the initial machine purchase.

The upgrade includes:

  • Intelligent predictive radius calculation
  • High-resolution 4096-pulse encoder
  • Interpolated axis control
  • Independent speed management
  • Improved programming for complex parts
  • Greater repeatability for production environments
  • Reduced material waste
  • Enhanced productivity for both custom and high-volume manufacturing

Frequently Asked Questions

What size pipe can the MC650 bend?

Round pipe up to 4" (101.6 mm). Capacities for other profiles are in Nargesa’s section bending capacity chart.

What power does the MC650 need?

Nargesa specifies a 3 kW main motor and a 0.75 kW hydraulic unit on a 230/400 V three-phase supply. Confirm your shop’s voltage with BTH Sales before ordering.

Is the MC650 a CNC machine?

It has an ESA S625 panel that saves roller positions for each curve, but no longitudinal positioning control. For full CNC with radius prediction, see the MC650CNC.

Can it work horizontally?

Yes. Nargesa recommends the vertical position for bend diameters under 1500 mm and the horizontal position above that.

How long does delivery take?

BTH Sales ships across Canada from St. Marys, ON. This machine has a 4–6 week lead time; contact us for an exact date.
