Nargesa BM25 Vertical Broaching Machines

The Nargesa BM25 Vertical Broaching Machine is a versatile hydraulic broaching machine designed for producing precise internal keyways, slots and profiles in a wide range of components. With 10 tons of hydraulic power and a maximum broaching capacity of 25 mm (1 inch), the BM25 is well suited to maintenance departments, machine shops and small to medium production environments.

The BM25 can produce keyways in sprockets, pulleys, gears, bearings, bushings and other components, as well as internal square, rectangular and hexagonal profiles from pre-drilled holes. Multiple keyways can also be produced from the same bore.

Its welded and machined steel monoblock construction provides a rigid platform for consistent broaching, while the straightforward manual controls make the machine easy to operate without specialized CNC programming. Setup can be completed in approximately one minute, making the BM25 practical for both production work and one-off repair applications.

In addition to broaching, the BM25 can also function as a 10-ton hydraulic press for removing seized components, installing and removing bearings and bushings, straightening and other general pressing operations.

Manufactured in Spain, the Nargesa BM25 provides a compact and versatile solution for workshops that need accurate internal broaching without investing in a large dedicated machining system.

Applications

The BM25 is designed for internal broaching applications where accurate keyways or profiles need to be produced in pre-drilled components.

Typical applications include:

  • Keyway machining
  • Sprocket keyways
  • Pulley keyways
  • Gear keyways
  • Bearing and bushing machining
  • Internal slots and grooves
  • Square internal profiles
  • Rectangular internal profiles
  • Hexagonal internal profiles
  • Multiple keyways from a single bore
  • Repair and maintenance machining
  • Replacement-component manufacturing
  • Small production runs
  • Medium production runs
  • General hydraulic pressing
  • Bearing and bushing installation and removal
  • Seized-component removal
  • Straightening operations

The BM25 is particularly useful for maintenance and machine shops where internal keyways may be required regularly but investing in a large CNC broaching system would not be practical.

Why Choose the Nargesa BM25?

The BM25 provides a practical alternative to more complex machining equipment when the primary requirement is producing internal keyways and profiles.

Its 10-ton hydraulic system, 25 mm broaching capacity and 600 mm stroke provide substantial machining capability while maintaining a relatively compact footprint. The quick setup and manual controls also make it suitable for both repeat production and one-off repair work.

Another advantage is its versatility. When it is not being used for broaching, the BM25 can be used as a 10-ton hydraulic press, allowing the same machine to perform additional maintenance and fabrication tasks.

Key advantages include:

  • Accurate internal keyway and profile machining
  • 10 tons of hydraulic force
  • Up to 25 mm (1") broaching capacity
  • Fast approximately one-minute setup
  • Simple manual operation
  • Large 600 mm stroke
  • Large 300 mm throat depth
  • Supports workpieces up to approximately 600 mm diameter
  • Metric and imperial tooling compatibility
  • Versatile hydraulic press functionality
  • Compact workshop-friendly design
  • Suitable for production and maintenance applications
