The Nargesa MC650CNC is a three-driven-roller CNC section and pipe bender that rolls round pipe up to 4" (101.6 mm), plus square tube, flat bar, angle and other profiles. Its ESA S625 CNC predicts radiuses, so it suits manufacturers producing repeat curved parts, from railings and greenhouses to structural arches.

  • Advanced CNC automation simplifies the creation of both simple and highly complex geometries
  • Intelligent radius prediction technology calculates the desired radius immediately, reducing material waste by up to 90%
  • Three powered traction rollers provide superior grip while reducing the possibility of surface marking
  • Interpolated axle control ensures smooth transitions between multiple bending segments
  • Independent roller speed adjustment from 3-8 RPM optimizes performance for different materials and profile sizes
  • Vertical and horizontal operating positions provide greater flexibility for both small-radius and large-radius bending applications
  • Industry 4.0 connectivity enables remote diagnostics, software updates, technical support, and preventive maintenance notifications
  • EcoMode technology automatically reduces energy consumption during periods of inactivity
  • Stores more than 10,000 programs for efficient production and rapid changeovers
  • High-resolution 4096-pulse encoder delivers precise axle positioning and exceptional repeatability
  • Heavy-duty welded steel construction supports continuous 24-hour industrial operation
  • Manufactured entirely in Spain

Applications

The MC650CNC is designed to process a wide range of materials and profile types, including:

  • Round tube
  • Square and rectangular tube
  • Solid round and square bar
  • UPN channels
  • IPN beams
  • T profiles
  • Angle iron
  • Flat bar
  • Edge-bent flat bar

Typical applications include:

  • Structural steel fabrication
  • Circular roof beams and domes
  • Bridge components and structural supports
  • Greenhouses and agricultural structures
  • Architectural metalwork
  • Curved railings and stair systems
  • Pergolas and canopies
  • Heat exchanger coil manufacturing
  • Urban furniture production
  • Public transportation shelters
  • Bicycle racks and bollards
  • Solar panel support structures
  • Automotive and specialty vehicle fabrication
  • Ornamental ironworking

One of the machine's greatest strengths is its ability to handle both large structural profiles and smaller precision components without requiring additional standard rollers, making it an exceptionally versatile production tool.

Why Choose the Nargesa MC650CNC?

The MC650CNC is much more than a traditional section roller. It is a fully automated CNC bending solution designed to maximize productivity while reducing operator dependency.

Its intelligent radius prediction system eliminates much of the trial-and-error traditionally associated with profile rolling, allowing operators to produce accurate parts more quickly and with significantly less material waste.

The machine's asymmetric roller configuration provides another major advantage. Because the lower rollers move independently, the machine can create tighter radii while maximizing material utilization and reducing waste near the ends of the workpiece.

Unlike many competing machines that rely on basic NC controls, the MC650CNC offers true CNC automation with interpolated axle control, digital programming, programmable speed adjustment, and advanced material and roller libraries.

Combined with Industry 4.0 connectivity, EcoMode energy management, and heavy-duty industrial construction, the MC650CNC delivers the performance, automation, and flexibility required by modern manufacturing operations.

Frequently Asked Questions

What size pipe can the MC650CNC bend?

Round pipe up to 4" (101.6 mm). Capacities for other profiles are in Nargesa’s section bending capacity chart and depend on material hardness and quality.

What power does the MC650CNC need?

Nargesa specifies a 3 kW main motor and a 0.75 kW hydraulic unit on a 230/400 V three-phase supply. Confirm your shop’s voltage with BTH Sales before ordering.

How is the MC650CNC different from the MC650?

The MC650CNC has a full ESA S625 CNC with radius prediction and axle interpolation. The MC650 saves roller positions for repeat work but has no longitudinal positioning control.

Can it work horizontally?

Yes. Nargesa recommends the vertical position for radiuses up to 750 mm and the horizontal position for larger radiuses.

How long does delivery take?

BTH Sales ships across Canada from St. Marys, ON. This machine has a 4–6 week lead time; contact us for an exact date.
